Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Volonte bag.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at service@volonte.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from us — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and delivery of the returned item may take several weeks depending on your location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 days, minus original shipping fees. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at service@volonte.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, you will not need to return the item — we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and made-to-order or personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
