Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Volonte. Below you'll find information about our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and international shipping.
Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$95 or more, before taxes, duties, and shipping fees.
For orders displayed in currencies other than USD, the free-shipping threshold is based on the equivalent of US$95. The applicable shipping fee and eligibility for free shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is charged separately.
Order Processing Time
Processing time is the period between when an order is placed and when it's handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- After your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. You can check your order status through our Track Your Order page.
- Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note:
- Estimated delivery times do not include the standard 3–5 business day processing period.
- Processing may take an additional 1–2 business days during peak seasons, promotional periods, and public holidays.
- Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes requested after an order has been placed may result in additional charges or delivery delays.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions: Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. More shipping destinations will be available soon.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Volonte is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
