Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–14 days depending on destination. In rare cases, tracking may not update promptly or may briefly show an inaccurate status — if this happens, simply reach out and we'll assist.

Once an order enters processing, we're generally unable to modify it. If it has already shipped, you may contact the carrier directly to request a change — please note this can affect delivery timing and may involve additional fees charged by the carrier.

We want you to be completely happy with your Volonte bag. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and tags. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
